Michigan is a party to the Washington lawsuit. The FDA has been ordered to maintain the status quo regarding the availability of Mifepristone in our state.

Tell me if there are, indeed, lots of people like me who would just love to see her run, assuming that Biden is looking for another term.

I'm old but longevity is in my family's history so I plan to be around for 2028.

These states are in different circuit courts from the west coast 9th
Maine-1st circuit

Maryland-4th circuit

Penn-3rd circuit

Minn-8th circuit

Michigan-6th circuit.

this definitely is it. When I read how many doctors are quitting from red states and how many baby wings closing it is very concerning.

With regard to Michigan's lawsuit, it applies to the plaintiff states (and DC) in that lawsuit. Kacsmaryk in Texas, his order was nationwide.

California did not join this lawsuit so therefore this order doesn't apply to California. It's not very likely to matter in the end anyway. Kascmaryk is not in effect at the moment, and I think Kacsmaryk is likely to be stayed.
