check all water taps are off, leave toilet doors and the refrigerator doors blocked open to stop the buildup of smells and such - no one knows how long the building will be empty.

Any data backups should be deleted, hard drives erased to make it impossible for the hackers who deleted the student loan database to do any more damage, and finally - throw the big power switch as you go out the door.
