has been ruled by some judge to be a government agency they are liable to FOIA rules and that we should all demand to see any records regarding ourselves. I'm doubtful, but just replying to the demands might fuck them up.

(284 posts)They just made it up out of thin air, this is not congressionally mandated nor congressionally approved. Democrats need to stand firm and block every piece of legislation that comes down to the floor vote. They need to take the power back of Congress.

That unit was created as a result of the unfortunate healthcare.gov fiasco in order to oversee/assist/consult on later federal system efforts and rollouts, as well as aligning the many government websites that are part of USA.gov.
