If Senate Democrats help pass this spending bill there will be hell to pay on election day.

The gravity of what this bill will do to America's future cannot be understated.

You think it's bad now? Let this bill pass & you will know how your grandparents & great grand parents lived.

likely Yeses on cloture are. Schumer, Hassan, Peters, Durbin, Schatz, King, Shaheen, Fetterman, Cortez Masto and Gillibrand.

So if these are your Senators CALL. Forget Fetterman but call the others.

to run as a Republican (like I believe Fetterman will ) but they will also run risk of ruining the political future of those who vote no because all people will really see is a party that is weak and feckless.

if they really had principles, they could just not run again.

How many of our representatives really believe that are the absolute best their respective districts have to offer.

I want leaders who have a fire in their bellies to kick ass and take names. Alas, where are they (that congressman from CT in the committee meeting was great though)

As my sig reads: "I am not a member of any organized political party. I am a Democrat."

...and doing nothing more than projecting doubt and scorn against Democrats.

Like on this Democratic advocacy site.

Think. Again.

I see Dems who criticize weak and dangerous Democratic officials as people who are focused on the damage being done to their own home with a desire to stop that damage.

understand this. They hate the bill but will vote for cloture so that only 51 Rs can pass the bill they hate so that they can say they kept the government open so it can continue raping the American citizen.

How about saying instead “I am willing to shut down a government that is being decimated and destroyed by Trump/Musk and the complicit Republicans so that we can ensure the do not cede more power and control to these people. We will take shutting down in order to protect and defend our real government, the 3 branches of our government and our democracy”.
