Delta Says It Refuses To Pay Tariffs On Incoming Airbus Aircraft

Assuming that US carriers will be hit with import taxes with each Airbus aircraft delivered from overseas, Delta Air Lines’s CEO says that he won’t be paying them

So I'm not sure how Delta can refuse to pay it. Are they just saying they won't purchase them anymore? If that's the case, the tariff is working.

9. They have and will continue to purchase them, but they will just delay delivery until Trump inevitably changes his mind.

"Liberation Day, everyone is gonna pay 100% tariffs! You tariff'd me back? It's now 200% tariffs on you! Oh no, the stock market is crashing, tariffs are delayed two weeks! Some country's leader said something mean about me, no more delay, 300% tariffs for you!"

This is all just a bunch of idiotic and unnecessary bullshit.
