I’m reconsidering my opinion on capital punishment.

I have very serious doubts that the United States will ever put itself on trial in that fashion.

Beyond that, trump has survived not one but two impeachment trials, and the Supremes are singing his song regarding immunity. So, if trump thinks he is untouchable, he has good reason.
