https://laist.com/news/politics/meet-the-man-who-made-six-figures-selling-anti-elon-musk-tesla-stickersIn recent months, an increasing number of Tesla owners have put stickers on their cars to signal their disapproval of Tesla's founder and CEO, Elon Musk, and his work in the Trump administration.
Matthew Hiller, owner of online shop MadPufferStickers, listed the sticker, "I bought this before we knew Elon was crazy," on his store in 2023, after becoming disillusioned with how Musk was running X.
"[Musk] was sort of becoming a bully and sort of pushing disinformation. And due to that, I just didn't want anything to do with him or his brand."
Hiller, who works at an aquarium in Hawaii, initially just sold fish stickers on his online shop as a side-hustle. A few years ago, he considered buying a Tesla.

(11,023 posts)2. I saw my
First Tesla with an Elon with a Circle and cross through it parked at the Veterinarian yesterday as I was leaving. Gave me a warm feeling.
Maybe it was just my big black lab passed with flying colors.
Much respect for those that display the hate of that slug.

Then park it in the Mar a lago parking lot.

It was the flattest flat black I've ever seen on a vehicle -- I suppose as opposite to stainless as possible -- with a logo perfect white TOYOTA brand on the tailgate. This was not just in blood-red southern Louisiana, but in literally one of the reddest parish (what we call counties) in the United States.
