The charges against Judge Dugan are an absurd farce and won't stick.

Telling ICE agents that they don't have the proper warrant and should check with the Chief Judge is not obstruction.

Ruiz exiting the courtroom through a door that led directly into a public hallway where the agents were present and waiting is not harboring or evasion.

This is all ridiculous and I expect the charges to be quietly dropped before the FBI and the DOJ embarrass themselves any futher with their clown show tactics.

The charges against Judge Dugan don't need to "stick." That isn't the point. It is part of an ongoing intimidation campaign and it incites the MAGA terrorists to more violence.
