Members of an immigrant family in Worcester, Massachusetts were targeted, terrorized, and seized by ICE agents this week.

The father was taken into custody by ICE on Wednesday, and agents returned to the family’s home Thursday to execute an arrest of the mother — without a warrant.

You cannot deprive a person of their liberty without either probable cause that the person committed a crime or a warrant to arrest that person

That’s directly stated in the 4th Amendment of the Constitution
