Second, the authors made some erroneous inferences based on their data in favoring the genetics explanation without due consideration of environmental and social impacts.

So Charles Murray just took his data and used it to back his preconceived result. Murray has made a lot of money as a speaker ever since.

It was not only not peer reviewed but when the data used was evaluated by several (really all of them) actual experts they couldn’t find anything or any way to come to what Murray included in the book.
