Attorney General Pam Bondi said she had ordered the dismissal of charges against a Utah plastic surgeon accused of selling bogus vaccination cards for $50 each.
The Justice Department has dismissed charges against a Utah plastic surgeon who was accused in 2023 of selling fake Covid-19 vaccine cards for $50 apiece, Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a social media post.
The decision to dismiss charges against the surgeon, Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr., was the latest move by President Trump’s administration to push back against measures taken during the pandemic regarded by many of his allies as government overreach.
“Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so,” she wrote on Saturday night. “He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing. It ends today.”
In the motion to dismiss the case on Saturday, Felice John Viti, the acting U.S. attorney in Utah, wrote that dropping the case was “in the interests of justice.”

Literally hundreds to thousands of people running around with fake vaccination status, endangering the lives of children, elderly, and everyone else. Acting like they had done the right thing but in reality denying science and recklessly endangering their fellow Americans.
Anyone who got one of these cards and went out in public should be prosecuted for some manner of assault and public endangerment. It's one of the must vulgar displays of medical abuse in history and it sickens me that rather than get aggressive our attorneys are letting them off the fucking hook. 
I'm sorry folks but COVID 19 is still out there. It's still very real. And it's still fucking deadly. Please take it seriously, stay up to date on your vaccinations, and mask as much as possible. Please be safe and good luck out there.
