particularly on long airplane trips. Maybe not so many AF1 flights (where you know he's just sitting and eating), and he'll have to start walking when he plays golf instead of driving his fat ass all over the course in a golf cart.

blood thinner. I am 77, went on 23 mile bike ride yesterday. Sorry but he may live for a long time.

with effective management, many people are diagnosed with this condition and continue living happy active lives. Effective management often requires not simply medication but various kinds of efforts from the patient involving diet and exercise. Not too hard to see where he might fall down there.

But - did you see those ankles? I saw a photo of them on CNN just now where they even bigger than the photo below, like much bigger than what you see here
