If the court says grand jury transcripts can't be released Trump & Barbie will blame it for the "lack of transparency" and hope everyone forgets about the files on Bondi's desk.

And I said that I was absolutely certain it was not suicide and that I was absolutely fucking certain that someday people would realize it.

of a grand jury is a witness at a trial, will that person’s grand jury testimony be given to the state and defense attorneys. Just happened in Karen Read’s trial and it wasn’t easy for them to get the witnesses prior testimony.

Pure grandstanding by bondi. As a lawyer she’s an officer of the court. She knows better. When a judge says “Oh hell no” she’ll have her excuse.

Whether MAGA will fall for this amateur hour misdirection is anyone's guess. They are fucking morons, but they have been locked in on this as an Epstein Files and Client List case, not a Grand Jury Transcript case, so we'll see if they can follow the bouncing ball.
