God forbid, some poor, undocumented immigrant doesn't accidentally get emergency medical care.

I am so sick of this.

(R)'s would rather get rid of Medicaid because 1 person who doesn't deserve Medicaid is getting it.
(D)'s would rather give it to everyone that qualifies, in case 1 person needs it.
