Legal DUers, would a state legislator be able to read intel into the state record without penalty?

For example, if the Maxwell family gave certain info on an orange foolio to a NY state representative to read into the official state record, is there any federal penalty for that?

(Ghislaine has many siblings and she’s still married fyi).

I know she wants a pardon and threatening to reveal incriminating evidence is, imo, probably her next gambit. But she may run into the fact that other publishers are loathe to legally brawl with Traitor (or they get bought off like Traitor tried and failed to do, with the WSJ)

you confuse the issue by using the word 'intel' stopdiggin Saturday #1

Do you mean classified material, sealed material .. ? What type of legal restriction surrounds this information? And how did (the defendant?) come to be in possession .. ?

Short answer - I don't think using an elected representative as a 'pass through' removes and legal prohibitions placed on the material. Willing to entertain correction if needed.

I mean incriminating information about Traitor.

Not everything, maybe not even a fraction, has been presented in any court and I’m sure she has some that wasn’t seized by Bill Barr and is presumably still in her private possession.

I’m 100% sure she’s not above a bit of blackmail but getting the info out there is presumably the sticky part. Who’d do it? She has to find ways to pressure him. Even the relatively soft porn of the birthday book has him losing his shit
