One would hope there are backups of those files somewhere that haven’t been destroyed. I assume anything the current administration can access has been destroyed or extensively altered. But it seems likely Epstein would have had backups beyond the copies in that safe, which Maxwell maybe knows how to find.

That would be her best life insurance policy, but this is all just conjecture, of course. I hope the truth will come out eventually, and especially that the victims will get some measure of justice.

The Hill article has a few mentions of Ghislaine Maxwell, but many other links as well. Including links to federal court documents. So it would take the entire weekend to read all of these probably.

This post should either be deleted or edited to include supporting documentation for the posts title, or otherwise the title needs to be changed so that it is factual and not spreading a conspiracy theory for which there is no documentation.

The article you posted doesn't even mention Maxwell's name, nor does it say anyone recorded Trump.

Nothing in the Hill article speculates or states that Epstein recording Trump having sex with a minor. Or sex with anyone, for that matter.

I read the article and it does mention that statement.

It does state that Epstein had stacks of CD recordings labeled “Young [Name] + [Name].”

It would be safe to assume he had tapes, LOTS of tapes, video and audio. Same as how Putin keeps people under control... cough cough like visiting US GOP politicians.

I have a feeling he knew early on that it would cause an uproar, so he decided to put it off (two more weeks!).

Keep in mind that she was a British socialite. In a 2023 interview she now denies the evidence that she and Epstein were photographed with Prince Andrew, claiming the photo was faked, and an FBI investigation into Prince Andrew has now been dropped.

When Alex Acosta claimed that he was told to drop his case against Epstein because Epstein was "intelligence" and "above his paygrade" it probably had a lot to do with protecting the British Royal family, as well as other high-level figures. Maxwell's father, Robert Maxwell, had been a member of UK Parliament representing Buckinghamshire in 1964 and later headed a publishing empire. This likely gave Ghislaine access to her aristocratic connections and, perhaps, Epstein access to Robert Maxwell's shady intelligence connections.

Having said that, Maxwell's family is doing everything possible to have her released and perhaps pardoned by Trump.

If she ever gets a pardon - from Chump or anyone - I bet she'll leave the country on the SAME DAY. Whatever she knows about Chump is carefully hidden away... because it's what will keep her alive.

They are full of images of under age victims. In fact it would be illegal to release them. Maybe there is a chance at some point a description of the contents could be released with all info about the victims redacted but I don't know that for certain as I'm not a lawyer.
