Time for The Onion to do " how to talk like your leader overseas"

Since Rubio has ordered all American employees working overseas to talk like the piece of shit, i.e. use an extremely limited vocabulary and do a lot of word salad and make no sense ever at all.

Maybe the Onion could write up the instruction manual for this.
