(13,538 posts)Fascists are indeed becoming part of the fabric of our society, and their beliefs need to be exposed and they can hopefully be educated:
Fascism was more than just an authoritarian philosophy promoted by Mussolini and Hitler, it was also promoted as an economic alternative to capitalism and Marxism, at a time when people were becoming disenchanted with capitalism after the Great Depression. Some of us have called it "Socialism for the wealthy," but it was in fact branded as National Socialism, hence the German term: "Nazi".
The more that MAGA can be educated about Trump's true purpose to enrich his wealthy associates and oligarchs, the more that MAGA may begin to see the light.

(13,538 posts)but there are a lot more MAGA who are concerned about the direction of the economy and may be willing to put aside their racism and trans/homophobia when they see what Trump is really is really all about.
