I have never seen an explanation for Noem giving him the high powered job.

Kristi Noem put 22-year-old Thomas Fugate in charge of a unit fighting domestic terrorism. He had no experience—having only worked as a gardener and a grocery store clerk. Now, Fugate has been publicly downgraded by his own department to a low-level staffer.

would EVER unwittingly go down on and be "owned" by her. It's a fuggin episode of "Weeds" every week with these tragically hip, tone deaf rejects from the GEICO caveman TV commercials.
