If you haven't seen "Shiny Happy People: A Teenage Holy War" yet...

It's a must-watch series on Amazon Prime of three episodes. (The first season focused on the Duggar Family.) It pulls back the curtain on one of the more fanatical elements of the Christian Right, Teen Mania Ministries, founded by Ron Luce. He radicalized teenagers in a charismatic manner that brought them into a program that turned them into glorified foot soldiers by some of the shadiest practices of abuse and exploitation. The last few minutes are also concerning, as Teen Mania Ministries connected itself to the larger right-wing ecosphere and the Convention of States movement, which is a major red alert.

The fact that this is also on Amazon Prime shouldn't be lost either.
