Thousands Of Men Are Fleeing Russia

Why? Putin issued a draft for at least 300,000 men to fight in Ukraine. Some Russian men have paid to get a positive HIV diagnosis to avoid the draft. 10's of thousands are fleeing.

Putin is the man who Krasnov aspires to be.

Presumably to catch those coming of age for conscription earlier rather than waiting until they're all 6 months or less old.

Unclear that the totals are somehow changing, apart from fluctuations in population of that age.
