Workers have agency; they are not owned by employers. The attitude that people can be owned by others is at the root of much abuse, exploitation, and general social ills. He only recognizes her name because she has been mentioned in the media recently and was reported as never having accused Trump of any wrongdoing. He never mentioned anything about this before yesterday. If he cared anything about it, he wouldn't have waited 25 years to mention it.
