RFK, jr has poor critical thinking skills. I can think of a half dozen reasons a child might look "off" in an airport: Exhausting vacation, attended funeral, argument with cousins, caught a bug, slept poorly on flight, ate poorly during trip.

When Trump and RFK, Jr. were young, wealthy people liked that "tan glow" look because it indicated that they had time for vacations and outdoor leisure, and weren't chained to a desk. The rest of us emulated it.
