This shit was tiresome in his first term.
I've seen his "wealth" reported as $6.3 billion and $6.5 billion.

Then there's this:
Trump invokes eternal life in plea for campaign cash
J.D. WolfAug 26, 2025
He urges supporters to chip in $15 to keep the movement alive. Yet the plea for money tied to eternal destiny comes as Trump continues to show little concern for the vulnerable people that his policies and rhetoric often target.

He uses the term "chip in" like he's going on a beer run for the MAGAts.
"Hey, you can afford it, CHIP IN $15 because you don't need it and I want it."
I guess this will never get old, and every time he blows the whistle, the MAGAt dogs will bark.

(20,272 posts)The really fascinating Lord of the Flies dynamic that will come with Trump's dirt nap is the multiple hellspawn from multiple mommies scenario.
I'm guessing the first two to be banished from the Circle of Love will be Melania and Barron. Then, Tiffany. Then, Don Jr, Eric, and Princess Ivanka will don war paint for the fight to the finish.

Even stuff he doesn't really say.....

(34,347 posts)Given that "report" is coming from a pathological liar who was convicted on multiple financial fraud felonies, one should call bullshit, even without his begging for more money. His "wealth" is mostly in his bullshit cryptocurrency, and he still has hundreds of millions of dollars of debt. Which is why he is so hell-bent on lowering interest rates. He owes hundreds of millions just in interest on his loans, and that's only growing as he fails to pay them off. And, why his lips are still attached to Putin's ass, and that of the Saudis. Gawd knows how much he owes them. It boggles my mind that there are thousands of his cult who still fork over their money to him without question, while believing he's a billionaire. Maybe send that money straight to E. Jean Carroll. He still hasn't paid her what he owes her.

And the thing is, for all that they got wrong about life and the world, their take on the immorality of the rich was right.
If you too were raised in that environment, then you know what I mean, and how they're a million miles away from that at this point. So I can't help but think about all the people I knew in those churches, who've long since died, and what they'd be thinking today.
