demonstrate his independence. Senator Elizabeth Warren asked him point blank, yes or no question, "Did Donald Trump lose the 2020 election"

He wouldn't answer the question. Simply said Congress certified President Biden.

Senator Warren asked him about trump's accusation of the Federal Reserve Bureau of Labor Statistics "faking the numbers". "Did the BLS publish fake numbers"?

He refused to answer the question, only saying he questioned the accuracy of the BLS numbers. Senator Warren followed up, I am not asking about the flaws in how they tabulate the numbers, I asked you if the BLS "faked the numbers" according to Donald Trump. When the BLS reported numbers favorable to Trump, I don't recall you criticizing those numbers?

Again he refused to answer the question.

Warren summarized that he has demonstrated that he will do whatever Donald Trump wants him to do and say, and has demonstrated before this committee that he is NOT independent.

While Warren exposed him for what he is, there is no doubt the rethugs will confirm him, because they too are puppets of trump.
