Which one do you believe?

Susan Monarez, who wrote in her op-ed that she was asked to resign because RFK, Jr. asked her to sign off on his non scientific schedule for childhood vaccines, or RFK himself who said that he fired her because he asked her if she was a trustworthy person and she said no.

I know who I believe.

2. He asked if she could be trusted to quietly sign off on his non scientific schedule for childhood vaccines

and not disagree publicly. She refused, so he fired her. That's what I believe.

4. I guess that's a plausible explanation

but IMHO it's giving RFK a little too much credit. It will be interesting to see how/if Susan Monarez responds to his wild accusation.

that the corporate media will not just call this guy a liar in the same way they shy away from calling out his boss, I think it needs to be pointed out. One of these people has credibility and the other doesn't.

tell someone (when asked if you were a trustworthy person) would answer "no!" Really? As believable as my bank account showing a deposit of a hundred Brazillion dollars tomorrow morning.

Insane bullshit out of RFK's mouth--just like everything else he said today.

As you say, no one would believe that. But I heard him say it twice during live hearings this morning. He looked really proud of himself too.

And he probably said, "Do you trust me." and she misheard and said, "No."

No one trusts him so he calls everyone else untrustworthy.

Spasmodic dysphonia. Same as Diane Rehm.

You might want to drop the commentary on how his voice sounds.

14. It isn't what he says, it is the nature of his voice.

And no, criticizing or poking fun at individuals for their disabilities is beyond the pale.

Criticize what he says all you want - any of that is fair game. It is his voice, which is caused by a disability, that is not.

I'll just remain "beyond the pale" ( a little hyperbolic, don't you think?), thank you for your little lecture and go on my way.

I take it you thought it was hunky dory when Trump mocked a disabled reporter for his disabilities? Or mocked Biden because he has cancer?

You have no earthly clue as to what I am OK with or not. Over-reach, please save the condescension for someone who fully appreciates it. I'm off to plant a garden. You?

19. All I have to go by is that you think it is just fine to mock someone with spasmodic dysphonia.

It's just a logical extension of your willingness to mock one disability that mocking other disabilities is just fine with you, as well. Disabilities don't have political affiliations - and mocking anyone because of a disability (or using a disability to mock someone) should be completely off the table.

I'm in the harvesting stage of gardening. Basil is crisping up in the dehydrator, 50 oz of tomatoes in the refrigerator last night. Tomatoes just waiting to be chopped up.

to do so, especially if you have a whole RW mediasphere that will just nod along and celebrate you.
