Where do DeSantis and Ladapo stand on rabies vaccines for pets?

Should that decision be left up to the individual pet owner?

Just wondering where their madness ends.

Shouldn't everyone have the "freedom" to decide for themselves how fast they drive? And whether they want to be "trapped" by a seat belt? And if their vehicle has a muffler? And much more?
