But I would brave weather and crowds to attend an event that he was at specifically so I could boo him.
I'd boo him until my throat was raw and not sound emitted from me.

And then I'd hold up a sign as large as I could handle that said BOO!!! until my arms gave out.

Now that's a fantasy that I can have sweet dreams about.

he thought the players would thank him for showing up during the trophy presentation, but they didn't acknowledge him at all.

The tennis was so good that not even the buffoon could have spoiled it, plus he got booed.

I am sure most people (90%) did not want him there stinking the place, but everyone ignored him hugely!
