MAGA SCOTUS logic

When race is used along with other factors to expand opportunity (affirmative action) → unconstitutional.

When race is used to justify suspicion and arrest (immigration enforcement) → permissible.

When a population loses faith in the rule of law and respect for the judiciary anarchy is just around the corner. The Roberts Court's capitulation to MAGA has undermined the authority of the Supreme Court. Nothing good will flow from this surrender.

However, I like including "along with other factors", on the second line also...
