Why am I receiving this?

I get mail from Hillsdale College. I have never gone to their web site nor have I asked to receive their mailings. They of course are begging for money. Who are these people? I know they are right wingers by the stuff the put out in the mail.

5. Better to just mail back the postage paid envelope inside (empty). Even if it is empty, they have to pay for it.
