It wasn't a guy who compiled that dossier of incriminating information. It was a woman who knew everything and needed an ace up her sleeve.
The timing related to Ghislaine Maxwell's interview and the book's release strikes me as relevant.
Think of her subsequent relocation to a cushy, minimum security campground.
That was a warning shot, by her, to everyone else whom she might have more incriminating information hidden against.
She knew she might be in jail for what she was doing someday.
She is very much a strategist.
