Trump's Dilemmas

Trump’s friend, Qatar, gave him a $400 million dollar jet, but early Tuesday morning, Trump’s other friend, Israel bombed the Qatari capital, likely using weapons Trump sold them.

Meanwhile, another one of Trump’s friends, Putin, launched drone strikes, violating the air space of Poland, a NATO ally. It’s apparent that Putin is testing NATO. He’s already tested Trump and found him to be compliant.

What will Trump do? Who knows? He’s an idiot who thinks he’s a genius and surrounds himself with advisors whose only qualifications are absolute loyalty to him and/or being a talking head on FOX News. That doesn’t bode well for us.

Smart people to do it. Sort of like medicine, I would say, but they have rejected that, too

Trump only does something if it benefits himself personally.
And all of his fellow criminals know it.

Putin's goal is for Trump to leave NATO.
So he will push Trump into a corner.

...write all those sternly-worded letters--because that seems to be all he has. The magical-thinking phone calls that can end wars in a day just don't seem to be working--not that they ever did or would.

It's hard to be a strong-man looking so weak. But he doesn't have a lot of good options now does he?

Not only that, but his we-can-go-it-alone posturing and tariff regime have alienated those we need most to counter these moves.

We find ourselves as a nation in the completely unfamiliar territory to almost all Americans alive today of not being seen as the world's leader--all thanks to MAGA and their overlord. Let's hope that what we've done over the last 80 years in leading the world will redound to our benefit as they now lead the way.
