The right wing just never thinks someone might accept their call to terrorize and aim it at them. They think they can control and direct where the violence erupts. They certainly never think it will erupt all over them.

They would learn that many of Hitler's early supporters were assassinated or jailed by him. Or they could read about what Stalin did to so many of his close allies - even erased them from photos after they were executed.

Hell, read about Queen Elizabeth I and so many of her friends and lovers, look how they ended up.

What was Kirk's position on the Epstein files? Was he calling for them to be made public? If so, Trump should be a suspect.

if the Media shows a lot of video of him getting shot, and immediately afterwards to solicit sympathy, then we should ask the Parents of Uvalde? for permission to show the crime scene photos of their children.........especially the children shot who couldn't be identified any other way, except using their DNA.........

Though I haven't seen any reports as to his condition. I wonder if this will change his stand on 2nd Amendment rights. I doubt it, but it is possible.

There is no way he can survive that shot. It was very well placed. I give him 30 seconds survival max.

I give him :05 seconds to MAYBE :30 seconds before he bled out. It was a massive hit in an artery, blood sprayed, and he also moved as if his spine was severed in the process. It was clearly not a survivable wound.

I just saw it as well. He didn't live for a minute after that.

I/we do not condone this lowering of expectations nor the violence. But for sure there are people and political entities that are due some blame. I am reminded of the republican Georgia election official who warned against this kind of diminishment. Back in 2020.

In a prescient and heartfelt warning against GOP silence re violence and rhetoric, his summary was that '...All of you who have not said a damn word are complicit in this.' There are very clearly people and organizations that deserve an outsized share of the blame for their rhetoric and their silence. I will also place blame on MSM outlets which do not remind us of these differences and of the many warnings such as the one below.
