Due process doesn't exist anymore. He's going to be shipped off to El Salvador or some African country and never be heard from again.

With Patel on the case, I imagine the trial, verdict and sentencing will be about as airtight too.

A good the defense attorney would use that, saying that the the guy would not get a fair trial.

But I agree the father has already made a deal.
