At least one of his uncles has publicly disparaged him, and I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of his family crosses themselves as they cross the street to avoid him. Yes, they're Jewish, but every little bit helps when fending off a psychotic monster as consumed with malice as Nosferatu Miller is.

In fact, he is the closest living embodiment of the silent film Nosferatu I have ever seen.
But all joking aside, he has the deadest eyes I have ever seen in a human being. He looks far more reptilian than human.

He is also one of the few people who is equally hideous on the OUTSIDE as the INSIDE. There is nothing but pure revulsion in that carcass.
