D. John Sauer

He has the most annoying, gravelly voice. Plus his delivery is fast no doubt to confuse.

(They all handle him well, but just seeing him attempt to do so is so GD infuriating).

His voice certainly rivals RFK Jr. I wanted to hear the oral arguments, but had to quit a few minutes in. His voice should be disqualifying--sorry. Make him use an oral-written assist device.
