FAFO to Trump voting whites in Southern Ohio.

(ONN)- In southern Ohio, the Highland and Scioto County Head Start programs have shutdown with others scheduled for temporary closure within weeks due to a lack of federal funding. A critical early childhood program serving low income families across Ohio is at risk.

In Highland, County the 2024 vote was 81% for Trump and 18% for Harris
In Scioto, County the 2024 vote was 75% and 24% for Harris

I feel terrible for the kids, the teachers, and the local businesses that provided goods and
services to those Head Start centers but to those poor white residents I have zero sympathy.

just lose the mayor's race in Cincinnati? Cincinnati is pretty red.

counties in Ohio for decades, these citizens have been conditioned to consistently vote against their own economic interests and related policies that could improve their standards of living. Sad.

Despite that so much of Scioto County and Highland County are supported by government
jobs such as the State Prison in Lucasville, various state parks, community colleges, public
schools, law enforcement, and government programs many of the residents are anti government
because they think that the government is gonna take their guns away and force their children to
hang out with LGBT people. I feel bad for the kids but the adults choose to be stupid,

Gerrymandering and voting suppression. The churches preaching republican talking points and telling people that democrats are baby killers. SOMC is on the list of hospitals to be closed that was out earlier this year. I am surprised that tRump and Muskrat didn't shutdown the D&D of the A plant.

...make sure that the fear of all of their favorite cultural issues keeps people voting against their own interests.
