Yeah she was sidelined for an endorsement for US Senate and other things have probably irritated her. But really I think her humanity is beginning to drive her to make better decisions.

I think the strategy of claiming to be a truer magat than even Donnie while also saying reasonable things about democrats and otherwise trying to sound non-crazy is a good strategy for her.

The Republican Party has continuously ratcheted to the right ever since Eisenhower.

If she becomes a serious presidential candidate, she might be the first Republican presidential candidate since then to nudge slightly back from the abyss.

Part of it is she doesn't want to see her party get schellacked for not caring about the cost of living.

Part of it is that she doesn't take money from corporate PACs.

Part of it is she actually watches some left-wing news shows and it's having a small effect.
