Remember the objects being tossed out of the Window at the White House

Remember the open window at the White House with objects being tossed out...supposedly those windows are not made to open? Was this part of the East Wing that has been destroyed? Does this mean that was the plan all along? Isn't the contractor doing the work also potentially financially liable for the destruction without a permit? I agree with the idea of restoring the East wing, and tearing down the Trump ballroom if ever built...and working to restore the rose garden, and that gawd awful "restoration" of the Lincoln bathroom...It is not like we don't have an official process already in place for changes like this. Expert architects and historical experts who already have an official role to play in major projects like this are not consulted...Trump is just ignoring them, like the courts, historical practice, ethical behavior, and continuing with the grifting his way to legit billionaire status. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

...where they destroyed a perfectly nice Art Deco vibe and replaced it with a slip & fall waiting to happen?
