On a brighter note about Rory,

What a humble man he is. I found out less than twenty minutes ago that he participated in some of the civil rights matches in the deep south in the mid sixties.

Rory is the man on the right side with the white tee shirt.

That I never knew this until now is such a testament to what a genuinely decent, humble and committed and principled man he always strove to be, cash register honest, compassionate to those he was near, and just a decent humble man to the core.

I want to close this night with something positive. Some of you may have matched with him and let me celebrate all of you and your courage, conviction, and purpose in standing up for everyone.
I love you Rory and those who marched beside him.
