Those NYC-ers who aren't rushing to sell their penthouses or shoot themselves on air are working behind the scenes to sabotage Zohran Mamdani's administration before it even commences.

FDNY Commissioner, Robert Tucker, has resigned because of perceived anti-Israel stances of Mamdani despite the latter's reassurance that he represents all New Yorkers.

Now a host of one of two RW radio stations is attempting to persuade Jessica Tisch to resign as well, solely because she is Jewish and this would be a protest gesture. (The host is also Jewish and is using his platform to espouse that Jews are in danger with Mamdani in Gracie Mansion.) It isn't obvious what her choice will be. Mamdani wants her to remain into his administration.

Yeah, sure both positions can be filled with competent replacements. But my point is there are those who want the Mamdani administration to fail and for the city to fail because of him. I'm certain that his transition team is aware of this and are being proactive.
