"Let the River Run" - Carly Simon

All the attention on New York this week and the general expression of We the People reminded me of the heartfelt, uplifting opening theme to the movie Working Girl. This resonates as much today as it did when the film was released in 1989 (well, perhaps with the exception of the hair) . It captures dreams we have to fulfill our desires through hard work, dedication, and passion. Indeed - let all the dreamers wake the nation.

Our hearts still beat reflecting on the New Jerusalem -- even with the backdrop of the Towers.

we would still have the real WTC.

And if there’d been no Pud Rump, we would still have so, so, so much that we have lost.
