While tRump is sleeping, befuddled, & confused, who is making decisions? He is just

too befuddled to think clearly. He confusingly woke up and stood "at attention" during a medical emergency - because he couldn't think straight. He was asked a question and immediately called on Vance to answer it. He just can't do it. All he wants to do is be pampered (and diapered) at Mar A Lago. That's all he is, just an OLD perverted befuddled 79 year old senior who wants to sleep.

Stephen Miller and Russell Vought obviously already have lots of input.

mini-strokes before he passed. The doctors said that was probably why my Dad was behaving so badly. Horrible, really. Ugly, but still held it together enough to be independent, but not really. He became paranoid and angry with anyone and everyone.

makes people unusually angry with odd outbursts of anger that they never had before. You can't tell with tRump since he is not a human being and he has been angry and yelling all the time throughout his life.
