I just donated to a US congressional candidate who's challenging my current GOP miscreant

As Michelle Obama said, "Do something!" At this point, getting control of the house is paramount. If you're suffering under a gop maga congressperson, ask around to find a dem challenger in your county, and donate, and give them your email. You may be able to phone bank or canvass later in the year, as well.

Many voters suffer from limited knowledge and need help understanding who is really willing to help them. Often these congress critters have held sway so long, their name recognition is entrenched. Or, voters are tired of the relentless chaos and shut off. If you can tip your precinct a few votes, it could make the difference.
We proved that tuesday. Personally, I like to donate directly to the actual candidate, rather than a larger national cause. But that's just me.

Now is when the new house can be elected. 2026 is NOW.
