It gave me enormous hope that we can effectively engage people the Democratic party has considered out of reach for way too long , as well as people who have just opted out in hopelessness.

And the interviews with all other state party chairs are worth bookmarking -- so many insights, so much inspiring work, and so many reasons to go all in to build powerful state parties.

I am convinced that strong state parties can be the engine that drives victories locally, state-wide, and nationally. We CAN turn so-called "red" states in the south and west around! Serious investments now are where we begin.
