Ali Velshi had me crying this morning.

His monologues are often powerful. But this one touched on so many points of joy and hope....and spoke to the many faceted troubles of the times in which we live. And did I say hope!

His life’s story IS the very essence of what Democracy means and why so many people have sacrificed and against all odds, put themselves in harms way to live free. What an amazing family he has and it’s no wonder his passion for democratic values comes thru on his shows and I’m touched knowing this now. Thanks for posting it
