His monologues are often powerful. But this one touched on so many points of joy and hope....and spoke to the many faceted troubles of the times in which we live. And did I say hope!

(24,741 posts)His lifes story IS the very essence of what Democracy means and why so many people have sacrificed and against all odds, put themselves in harms way to live free. What an amazing family he has and its no wonder his passion for democratic values comes thru on his shows and Im touched knowing this now. Thanks for posting it

(467 posts)I was off to a grandkid event this morning and missed his show. So glad you posted this! He is the personification of excellence! What a gem of a monologue we can watch over and over whenever we need a big douse of hope! 🧡🧡🧡
