Becca Balint (Vermont's sole US House member) is on MSNBC live now just shredding this potential Senate deal.

She said every House member she has spoken with is appalled. She said the chances of the ACA extensions passing (which would require 60 votes in the Senate, then Johnson even allowing a House vote, then it passing in the House, and finally Trump, who is an obsessive hater of the ACA, signing it into law) are basically zero.
