ALERT: NATIONAL ABORTION BAN

Per Senator Wyden Republicans have put a permanent national abortion ban into CR.

Does anyone know anything about that?!

Will not take the link from Bluesky. I can see it in my edit screen but isn't showing up on my OP

(which as I understand under the Hyde amendment, were already banned),
in discussions about the enhanced ACA subsidies, and not any legal 'nationwide abortion ban'.

In any future discussions about renewing the enhanced ACA tax credits,
we should keep an eye out for such, but it had nothing to do with
the continuing resolution which was just passed.
