To one and all,

I apologize if I sound somewhat pissed off tonight about the caving of certain Dems on the CR, I'm getting a wee bit drunk, something I haven't done in decades.
I'm pissed off beyond belief at these Sen. for screwing us even though we had, and I mean, had, the momentum going into the mid terms and these Dem. Sen. just threw it all away.

The withholding of SNAP benefits was at a crisis point. And air travel is a nightmare right now, just prior to the busiest travel holiday of the year.

How would you like to be facing winter weather and have nothing to eat or to feed your family? Something had to be done for 42 million Americans, 40% of which are children.

The healthcare fight will continue, and Republicans know they are still on the hook for it.

I don't know, republicans hate the ACA (only because it is 'ObamaCare') so much, the hate supersedes any concern they may have for people or healthcare

New Jerseyans wouldn't have starved.

But we have a sane state house in Trenton.

I hope those state's where the turn coats are don't get one lick of snow this winter. Heaven forbid rich folks in flat states can't fly to Vermont to ski this winter.

I decided to skip Thanksgiving again since I am definitely NOT" thankful" and I will not be "merry" at Christmastime. I am not a hypocrite and it takes too much out of me to "act" happy. I'm pooped! Over 30 protests, fighting and calling reps, etc and I am out of energy. Congrats MAGA, you wiped me out in every way possible.

I hope when I die I can somehow come back and get revenge (I mean it!).

With the gutting of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, etc. many millions more will die.

I am betting that Project 2025 wants to kill unwashed Americans so I have little faith that Magats will restore the subsidies, all they are required to do is negotiate.

The billionaires expect AI to replace unwashed Americans, they want our herd to be culled. When millions of us die there will be more food available for who is left.

A lot of us are pissed, and for the right reason. I would rather democratic leadership had not yanked our chain for weeks now, acting like they cared enough to put up a fight, just to extract no concessions, and then roll over.

I’m more pissed at this point about the drama. I’m pissed that they act shocked that Trump and the republicans would weaponize SNAP.

I’m less pissed about the result, but more of the theater. Was this just about winning the Virginia governors race and the impact this had on federal workers? Because that’s pretty short sighted.

It’s a great way to further destroy people’s confidence in the party. Most people won’t know the details and simply chalk this up to simply “playing politics”.

They all knowingly voted to completely gut healthcare in America and they know R's will never give it back! They already had a vote on this in the Senate and ALL the R;s voted against it, I believe. I know for sure it failed and will 100% fail again unless Dems cooperate on the gutting.
