I Have A Couple Of Questions To Ask About The CR Deal

Who negotiated on behalf of the Democrats? Who was on the team? Did they consult their fellow Senators to inform them of the agreement?

I assume that the people who voted Yes to the CR were on the negotiating team. Originally there were 10 Senators but 2 changed their vote to No. Why did they change their vote? What changed in the agreement that caused them to not like it?

What was the language in the agreement that Democrats demanded?

Did the Dem Senators write up any language or did they just agree to what John Thune gave to them?

Why wasn't Chuck Schumer involved in the negotiations? He may have swayed the Yes votes seeing as he was opposed to the agreement.

8 D Senators voted for the CR, do the rest of the D Senators now have to support the agreement? Won't it be awkward if they do not?

If Obamacare dies because it becomes unaffordable, where will the working class people and people with pre-existing conditions be able to get insurance? Is that a part of the agreement?

This is best explanation I've found, though some apparently think it's a Nazi organization. Silent Type Monday #1
Yeah, sounds to me like Thune wrote up the agreement and 10 then 8 Democrats agreed to it. gab13by13 Monday #2
